"Safe comfortable ride, despite the appalling weather conditions. Driver made contact by WhatsApp as we left the plane, asking us to message him when we had cleared the airport formalities, when he indicated where he would collect us in the meet and greet area. He met us 10 minutes before the requested collection time, and we had a pleasant chat on the journey. I trust the driver will actually get the tip added to his fee."
